Litigation Financing DAO GmbH is a Liechtenstein-based litigation financier. However, we finance court and out-of-court proceedings not only in Liechtenstein, but in the entire German-speaking region (Switzerland, Austria, Germany). 

Filing lawsuits is very expensive, especially if the claimants needs to pay the expenses by themselves and if the outcome is not clearly seen. With the help of Litigation Financing these expenses (court costs, depositions, experts and attorney´s fees) are covered by a third party. Moreover, the Litigation Finance has allowed the claimants to file their lawsuits without the financial risks.

Usually only finances proceedings if the following conditions are met:

The amount in dispute is CHF 50,000 or more.

The probability of success in court is high.

The creditworthiness of the opposing party and enforceability are guaranteed.

The fees are depending on the case and will be transparently communicated beforehand.
